We will discuss what you are hoping to get from this treatment before we begin, so i can get an idea of what crystals we may need to use. A crystal will be placed on each of the 7 major chakras in the body and any others we need to use. Then we let the natural vibrations of the crystals bring the balance you need.

2 hour Meditation & mindfulness Workshop £60 one to one or group.
Many of us struggle at the thought of meditation. Sometimes it can make us over think even more. Am I doing it correctly? Have I done it for long enough? Do I need to empty all my thoughts? All these added worries to something that should be relaxing. I offer a 2 hour session, where we will look at different ways in which we can meditate and hopefully find a way which works for you.

50 minutes of calm and peace as i take you through some gentle breathing and guided meditations while soft music plays in the background. For the last 5 minutes of the session, you will have a moment of quiet meditation while i share Reiki with you.

Learning to use your breath can be a great help in the fast paced world we live in. It is also an amazing tool to help us when we are scared or anxious - it has been a wonderful help to myself during health worries and in times of stress.
I have learnt about crystals, chakra balancing and spiritual life coaching. I took my level 3 counselling skills and mental health level 3, so I can provide you with the best possible empathetic and understanding care I can.
I am still on my learning journey and continue to find as much knowledge as I can.
