My passion into a holistic lifestyle really began in 2011 with my Reiki journey.
My love of energy work kept growing, as did my passion for helping others move forward on their true path.
I have learnt so much that has helped me at difficult times and I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.

I follow Mikao Usui's Japanese system.

During a treatment, you will remain fully clothed.
I may place hands on and I may have hands away from you. You can request a hands off treatment.

A crystal will be placed on each of the 7 major chakras in the body and any others we need to use. Then we let the natural vibrations of the crystals bring the balance you need.

Many of us struggle at the thought of meditation. Sometimes it can make us over think even more. Am I doing it correctly? Have I done it for long enough? Do I need to empty all my thoughts? All these added worries to something that should be relaxing. I offer a one to one or group. six week (1 hour each week) meditation work shop (online available). We will look at different ways in which we can meditate and hopefully find a way which works for you.

We will incorporate a gentle stroll, some mindfulness, meditation, reiki, walking, taking and journaling any thoughts you may want to.

Learning to use your breath can be a great help in the fast paced world we live in. It is also an amazing tool to help us when we are scared or anxious - it has been a wonderful help to myslef during health worries and in times of stress.
I have learnt about crystals, chakra balancing and spiritual life coaching. I took my level 3 counselling skills and mental health level 3, so I can provide you with the best possible empathetic and understanding care I can.
I am still on my learning journey and continue to find as much knowledge as I can.
